ZeeQue Preschool respects your right to control your personal data. Use this page to learn how to request deletion of your account and associated information from our website and mobile application.
Submit a deletion request
Email us at zanetwork@zeeque.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include your registered email address, full name, phone number, and whether the request relates to our website, mobile app, or both.
How to request deletion
Send your request
Email zanetwork@zeeque.in from the email address linked to your ZeeQue Preschool account. Include your full name, registered phone number, and a clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.
Identity verification
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. This helps protect account holders and children linked to your profile.
Processing & confirmation
Once verified, we will delete eligible personal data within 30 days and send a confirmation email when the process is complete.
Data we delete
- Account login credentials and profile information
- Contact details stored in your user profile
- Mobile app account data and in-app preferences
- Messages and notifications tied to your account
Data we may retain
- Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
- Admission and enrollment records where retention is mandated by law
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Backup copies until the next scheduled purge cycle (typically within 90 days)
Processing timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional time or information, we will notify you by email. Deleting your account may limit access to school services that require an active profile.
Important note
Uninstalling the ZeeQue Preschool mobile app from your device does not delete your account or personal data from our systems. You must submit a deletion request using the process above.
